We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).

Great BMW dog seat cover! The bottom doesn’t slip, the material is durable, with solid sidewalls. It's also cool that the protector can be unzipped so someone can sit in the back seat with the dog and be secured (there are special holes in the protector for the seat belt lock). Definitely 5 out of 5.
The BMW dog seat cover is comfy, waterproof, and fits well in my SUV. The seat anchors could be better as they sometimes slip out, but overall it's a practical product that keeps my car clean during pet adventures. Four stars!

Good BMW dog seat cover. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and it's been working well when I drive with Dean, my Cane Corso. It's the perfect size for my dog and keeps my car seats protected. However, I had some issues with the installation process. At first, I couldn’t figure out how to attach the sidewalls because I mixed them up and wasn’t able to zip them up properly. Then I dealt with it, but it would be nice to have additional printed instructions in the box. Anyway, the protector works as expected, so I’m satisfied with my choice.
I have had this BMW dog seat cover for a month now, and we have used it almost daily. It is a high-quality product and works as advertised. It keeps my back seat clean and dry. It stays in place and gives my dog some freedom of movement on our short trips to the dog park. No rips, tears, or leakage. I would use our dog tether on long trips for safety and to limit her movement. No issues with it so far. I can't say the same for shipping through the US Postal Service.

This BMW dog seat cover is excellent. I purchased it a month ago to travel with my 4-year-old Shepherd. I particularly love the non-slip bottom, which keeps it in place even when my dog jumps in and out. The pockets are handy for storing toys and leashes. Good value for the price.
