What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

My best friend’s car is always having battery issues, so I got her this as a “just in case” gift. She used it last week and was amazed! Her rescue mutt, Lucky, was so curious he kept sniffing the air compressor while it was working. Lifesaver and dog-approved!
Used this to jump my motorcycle and it worked perfectly. Love that it has different modes for inflating tires on different vehicles. Such a versatile tool!
My son just got his first car, so naturally, I worried. This jump starter gives me (and him!) peace of mind. He loves it – even used it to inflate his friend’s bike tires. His lazy bulldog, Tank, just sniffs it occasionally and goes back to sleep. So, no strong dog opinions either way, but it's a hit with the humans! Though my son did say the flashlight isn’t as bright as he’d like.
This jump starter is pretty awesome, I won't lie. Jumped my car instantly, and the tire inflator is a lifesaver. BUT, the cord for the inflator could be a bit longer. It was a stretch to reach my back tires. Still, a solid buy!
I travel a lot for work, and this is now a permanent fixture in my trunk. Gives me peace of mind knowing I can handle a dead battery or a flat tire on my own. The power bank is a lifesaver for my phone too!
The air compressor on this is fantastic! So much faster than my old portable one. And knowing I have a jump starter and a power bank too? Makes me feel prepared for anything. 🚗💨
This thing is a lifesaver, no joke! Pulled me out of a dead battery situation twice now. The air compressor is great too. My only suggestion is to add a percentage indicator for the power bank. It's hard to tell how much juice is left.
Sent this to my aunt – she lives alone and I worry about her being stranded. She hasn’t had to use the jump starter yet, thankfully, but she loves the power bank feature! Her fluffy cat, Snowball, has claimed the carrying case as a napping spot. Everyone’s happy!
