Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Durable and well-crafted. Worked well for a large dog, creating a hammock-style enclosure in the back seat so the dog doesn’t fall on the floor during a quick stop. Quick and easy to install but would have preferred the side clips over the doors to be buckles like the other straps. Zippers make it easy to get the dog secured or to unzip in the center and side if you want a passenger with your pet. Be aware that this sturdy yet flexible material will NOT prevent your pet from climbing into the front seat. LOL Overall, a great buy for the price.
This dog hammock makes traveling with my dog so much easier. The foldable design and carrying handles are very practical, and material is excellent. Just what you need to travel with your dog.

It’s not as secure as the picture shows, but other features are great. The overall fit isn’t as portrayed.

Attaches to the front and backseat headrests. Has side flaps to protect the doors, handy pockets for travel stuff, and extends high to prevent the dog from climbing into the front seat. Buckles are adjustable. My dog loves moving around, and this cover allows him to see out the side windows. Heavy-duty material and cushioned for naps. Highly recommend.
This hammock was a housewarming gift for my brother and his new dog. He was initially skeptical about the beige color, but he says it actually hides dirt pretty well and looks great in his car.
I love that this hammock has side flaps to protect my car doors from scratches. My dog used to scratch them up all the time!
