We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).

I took two of these on a four-day camping trip, and they were super comfy for us. I actually prefer them over an air mattress. They’re much more comfortable, in my opinion, and it's easier to get up since you’re elevated off the ground compared to the air mattress we used before. I do wish there were more pockets, so I’m taking off one star for that.
I got my cots delivered last night. I set one up right in the living room and laid down. It felt fantastic! Weighing 238 lbs, I didn’t hear a single creak from it. The grey color is nice too. I opened up the mattress and was really happy with how it felt and fit. Overall, it seems like a solid product that’s simple to assemble and disassemble. It stores away easily and feels well-made - strong and supportive with great construction.
Setting it up is a cinch—just unfold! It’s comfortable and seems sturdy enough to serve as a spare bed, all while being budget-friendly.
This bed is super comfy, lightweight for transport, and quick to set up or take down. At 5’4”, I sleep perfectly well on it. I’d say it can support someone up to 220 pounds. The small pocket is handy for my phone, wallet, or even a water bottle when I get thirsty. Highly recommend!
This coat is quite comfy and made from quality materials. It's great for guests, but it's not meant for two adults. I thought my girlfriend and I could share it due to its size.
This lounge chair is fantastic! It feels like having a full bed while camping. It’s a bit on the heavier side and larger, so it's not ideal for hiking, but if you have it in your camper or vehicle, it’s amazing. I’m absolutely thrilled with this cot! It matches the pictures perfectly; the mattress has a nice thickness and sets up effortlessly. It’s very stable and doesn’t slide around at all. In our household, we have a group of women. At 40, it's tough getting up after sleeping on the ground. We bought these cots for our camping adventures. We tested them for the first time last week, and they were incredibly comfortable. For us older folks, getting up is much easier now, making hikes enjoyable. I wake up without aches, and they're a great size for restless sleepers.
Setting this up was incredibly simple. It unfolds easily, and you just place the cushion on top for an instant sleeping solution. When you’re done, it folds right back up. It’s spacious enough for an adult and claims to support up to 500 lbs. I can’t verify that claim, but it held up fine with 200 lbs. The frame remained stable while in use, but it could tip over if bumped hard enough when empty since it’s lightweight. This makes for a good extra bed for guests; it’s not luxurious but certainly adequate for a night or two.
