What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Looks like a fantastic pack for my hiking trips. It has room for a first aid kit and some extra items, like a water bottle and a bowl for my dog. I'll write another review after using it a few times.
I bought this for hiking, and it held the perfect amount of water. The pockets allowed me to store all my essentials. It wasn't too heavy, and it didn't rub on my shoulders or armpits. It's also very durable.
Very pleased with the hydration pack. It's durable enough to hold my wallet, phone, iPad, charger, and water bottle.

I love this! The lightweight material made it easy to carry and it didn't irritate my skin. There's plenty of space for extra items and pockets for essentials upfront. The only thing I'm unsure about is water resistance since I haven't tested it. But it's totally worth the money!
Adore this backpack. I use it for commuting to work, long runs after work, weekends, and long bike rides. It's just the right size with plenty of adjustment options, and it doesn't move when I run.
I needed a bag for a music festival, saw this one, and went for it. I had low expectations, but this thing exceeded them all. The bag is decent quality, super lightweight, and breathable. The chest straps are quality, and the arm straps are wide enough that they never dig in. It has a built-in whistle and a removable waist fanny pack. The bag survived a 13-hour festival, countless mosh pits, and tight crowds without leaking a drop.
I like that my invalid husband can get water for himself day or night. It saves me a lot of steps back and forth. The large bag holds a good amount of water, though the backpack has too many ties and pulls.
