What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:

It’s mostly great, but I wish the side flaps had stronger magnets or clips. Still, it’s kept my backseat spotless for months now.

It’s thick without being bulky, and has this premium look that doesn’t feel out of place in a luxury car. After using it for a few weeks during rainy hikes and muddy paws, no stains or scuffs showed through. The built-in mesh window is a smart touch—keeps the airflow going and lets our nervous rescue dog see us. Even with an 80-pound lab constantly shifting around, nothing budged. Very impressed.

Been using it daily for school drop-offs and dog park visits. Easy to pop in and out, although it takes a minute to align everything perfectly with a Porsche 911’s smaller back seat. The safety anchors are solid and the headrest straps don’t loosen over time. I like that my Frenchie can’t sneak under the hammock thanks to the side walls—it really contains the mess. It could use an additional storage pocket, though. Otherwise, very happy with it.
Had to write a review after taking it on a ski weekend—this Porsche dog seat cover held up through snow, slush, and fur like a champ.
