Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

If you put your dog in a moving vehicle, you should give them the same safety benefit you and your passengers have by being buckled in. It's absolutely essential. This seat belt is well-crafted and can use the existing seatbelt buckle receptor in the car or clip to another anchor point. It's incredibly easy to use and carry. I highly recommend it.
It’s exceptionally well-made, and I love that it functions as a shock absorber in case you brake too hard or get into an accident. Rest assured that your four-legged family member will be safe.
too short for our needs
I have an extremely hyper, reactive, and incredibly smart young dog. And Owleys is no match for my dog. It's a 3-point failure system. It buckles in the seatbelt and clips onto the baby seat buckle. The collar portion has an additional secure feature. He can move around the back seat but can't break loose. I was finally able to drive without constantly fearing for our safety. Highly recommend.
At first, I wasn't convinced we needed one, but after seeing our friends use it and noticing how safe and effective it seemed, we decided to give it a try. We practiced with our pup for a few days before our trip and ended up using it throughout our entire road trip! Definitely worth the purchase 👍.
I have one in each of our cars. The seat belt works perfectly, just make sure to attach it to a dog harness, NOT a collar.
