Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

With two young kids in car seats, my golden retriever has to ride in the cargo area when we go out. This seat belt keeps him more secure in the back, which makes me feel he’d be safer in an accident. It also gives me peace of mind knowing he can't jump out when I open the tailgate. It has some stretch so he can still move around comfortably. I always use it with a harness, so I’m not sure how it would work with a collar. It's a bit of a hassle to make him back up to release the tension on the strap to unhook it, but it's a small price to pay for safety.
My pup gets anxious in the car, and this helps keep her in one spot and prevents her from trying to climb into the front seat. The only downside is that the extra part on the clasp that ensures it stays shut slides down too easily. However, I appreciate the option to use either the anchors or the seat belt.
I bought this along with a dog car seat, and the safety belt works great with it! It prevents my dog from jumping out when I open the back of my vehicle. He's a strong dog, and this has made transporting him much easier.
It does exactly what it promises!
I have two dogs, a pit mix and a lab mix. They usually pull on their leashes and move around a lot in the car. I've used this dog seat belt for a month, mainly with the car seat buckle, and both dogs have been much calmer and more obedient. It allows some flexibility but not enough to cause problems. I highly recommend this for any dog owner!
My dog used to always step on the seatbelt release to free herself, so I bought this one that uses the LATCH system, and it hasn’t disappointed. It works just as expected.
Our BMW X5 and this tether absolutely saved our dog's life. I strongly recommend using this tether with a harness (NOT a collar) and ensuring there isn’t too much slack (certainly not enough to reach a window). If you’re in an accident (which I hope never happens), replace the tether to ensure all components are still intact. We give this product all the stars possible. I bought this dog safety belt in April 2023 for my Tacoma, and it worked flawlessly. I recently upgraded to a 4Runner in January 2024 and attached it to the rear seat. It continues to perform perfectly.
