We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).

The quality of the velour material stood out immediately – it's soft, luxurious, and feels great to sit on. The covers fit my car seats like a glove, which I was pleasantly surprised about. Got these covers as a gift for my SUV, and they're pretty solid overall. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the material. The velour is very comfortable , and it feels durable – like it can withstand a lot of wear and tear. Sitting on them is a pleasant experience, especially during longer drives, thanks to the elastic foam padding. However, I did find that the back seat cover could have been designed with a bit more stretch. It took some effort to get it to fit perfectly across the entire back seat. Once fitted, though, it looks great and does a fantastic job at protecting the upholstery from my kids' spills and the dog’s fur. And it's easy to clean, which is a must for any family vehicle. The only real downside was the fitting issue, which was a bit of a hassle. But once that was sorted, the covers looked like they were made for my SUV. If the company could give detailed instructions, it would be perfect. Still, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend these to others, especially families looking for stylish, durable, and easy-to-clean seat covers set
