What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Beautiful material and texture. I like the champagne color. It is very durable and stays clean.Feels very high quality and looks luxurious. It is one of the best available as far as design, texture, materials and stitching. I think it is definitely worth the value especially if it is a perfect fit.
First off, they look like they match the 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat interior perfectly. The seats are dark grey with brown accent and the covers are black with almost the same brown insets. They only took a few minutes to install. I like that the center back seat has zippers in case you have a 60/40 back like my Escape but in the case of the Maverick, it has a center fold down console. I can unzip one zipper and fold it down. My only tip, zip up both sides before you install the back of the seat as it's hard to get the zipper to close easily with it installed. The only real problem I had was trying to hook the front seat bottom down under the seat. The only places where it could be hooked were too far away, the elastic wouldn't stretch that far. I ended up making a loop out of a zip tie on both sides and hooking to that. You do have to be careful getting in the truck, you have to lift up your bottom and not just slide across because the edges will fold up under you. Other than that, I love them.
I love the look of these seat protectors and they’re incredibly soft. I got them for my our 2021 Tacoma.
They were almost easy to install until we hit a snag. There’s no where to clip the front edge of the front seat covers. Being the seats are electric, the motor is under the seat. The straps at the front edge of the cover are supposed to have a hook affixed then stretched under the seat to attach to something but there’s nothing within reach to hook them on. I watched the video on your YouTube and it looks like they were installing on a manual seat but I can’t say for sure.
Everything else was very easy. The covers are still usable and my husband likes them a lot, better than the sheet we were using. We’ll use them without attaching the front and see how they work. Thank you
They are exactly as the picture and described! They are a beautiful color and look amazing. Helps get original seats keep clean but still have a nice clean look
The seatcovers are sturdy, well made, and comfortable to sit on. They look absolutely fantastic in the truck and I am really impressed with the overall construction and design. Especially the zippers that allow you to fully protect the seat where the headrest connectors are. This is an absolutely stellar deal and I recommend them a thousand times over, especially at this price.
I was really pleased with the way that these looked right out of the box. They are quality and nice looking, too. They were not difficult to install, and they really add to the look and the comfort of the seats. The leather-look gave it an updated quality, too. I would absolutely get these again.

Our SUV's seat on the driver's side is starting to wear out/come apart at the seams from use and when I saw these I thought I had a fix. That was until my wife saw them and said no way. I really like the looks of them and simply put she does not as the black doesn't jive with our tan interior. That is no fault of the manufacturer and I knew what I was getting when I ordered them. So without being able to install them my review is limited but will say this looks like the next best thing to leather, the materials seem rather durable, soft to the touch and I see no issues with the stitching. I saw another review where somebody said they needed to provide some of their own clips or hardware to get them to fit but I cannot speak to that. I'm going four stars only because I will not be able to test the long term durability, how stain free they will remain or how comfortable they are. Maybe they deserve the full five stars though.
