What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).

Protects my car seats from drool and scratches. Excellent dog seat cover.
Chiming in here to add a measured review - this cover has been nice, but faulty in several components of its design.
1) the clips (2-3 of them) break easily - fortunately, owleys replaced at no charge with more robust newly designed clips, but my seat was out of commission for a while
2) the side doors bend easily and fall over into the seat easily, I haven’t found them to be reliable or robust and still don’t have a solution here (other than not using them)
This is a 4/5 for me with a path to a 5 if it worked more reliable.

I like the style. Colors are great and stitching is too. I'd like the zippers to be sturdier/larger, and open from both directions. I really wish there was a vented area at the center and side car vent ports. The Velcro top holds seem to be a bit undersized and a buckle might be faster than threading. I bought it for the door protection, but my dogs still get their claws on the sill.
I originally found this style dog seat on Amazon. Bought one of the cheap $30 ones. I had one break within 3 weeks, and the company I bought it from, disappeared so I couldn’t even get a warranty. One of the zipper broke on the door panel cuz of how cheap they were. Plus they had to be hung from the handle bar and didn’t cover the whole door (and I have a small Nissan Sentra)
After looking around for a better quality one, I finally pulled the trigger on this. I was nervous about spending so much money and have the same problem. I’ve had this for months now, and the zippers still work like brand new. They also have Velcro buckles by the zipper, which helps tons on relieving pressure on the zippers. The door panels are great. They’re EXTRA padded for protection, and don’t need to be hung from the handle bar. I took it out when my car had to go into the shop, and my seats still look brand new. Pair this with a nice seat belt/harness, and it provides a MUCH safer ride for you and your pet. No more jumping around the car, trying to push them off of you while driving. No more hanging her full body out the car. She has enough slack to put her nose and a little of her face out, and that’s it. It prevents her from falling on the floor, and I can tell how much she loves it and how much more comfortable she is.
On top of a quality product, the customer service is AMAZING and hasn’t disappeared on me. I asked to buy additional straps, since my car is smaller, the non stretchy ones in my opinion seem to work better. They refused my money and helped me regardless. This is a company I’d never worry about buying anything from, and I know when I have the extra money for front seat covers, where I’m coming.
The hammock fits perfectly in my backseat. My dogs love it!
