Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I noticed the biggest difference after a long day at the dog park when my dog jumped into the back covered in mud and wet grass. Normally I’d be stressing the whole drive home about the mess, but this time I just let him settle in and relax. Even when he moved around during the ride, the back of the car stayed protected and nothing spread to the seats. When we got home, cleanup was quick and I didn’t have to spend time scrubbing the trunk like I used to.
Taking weekend getaways just got more convenient with this easy-to-clean liner. My cocker spaniel loves beach trips, which usually means sand and wet paws everywhere. With this liner in the back, she can hop in after swimming and I don’t have to worry about ruining the car. When we get home, cleanup takes almost no effort and we’re ready for the next outing!!

Very easy to install and well made
I travel pretty often and usually bring my dog along, so the back of my car sees a lot of action. Since I started using this liner, I don’t worry nearly as much about muddy paws, wet gear, or random spills during trips. I also like that I can still fold part of the seats down when I need extra room for bags or luggage. When everything’s done, I just roll it up or toss it in the wash if it got messy, which makes cleanup really easy. Awesome. Totally recommended!
Did not fit our car
I have a German shepherd and he’s big enough that the whole cargo area becomes his spot during drives.... what I like is that I can still fold part of the seat down if I need room for groceries or a cooler while he rides on the other side
I often take my husky Koda on road trips and the back of my car used to end up full of fur and dirt after every hike. Now he jumps in after running around outside and I don’t stress about the mess anymore. When the trip is over, I just fold the liner away and the car is ready for regular use again.
