Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Got this as a "thank you" gift for my amazing neighbor who always helps me out. He set it up on his deck, and he’s out there every morning with his coffee, enjoying the sunrise. He told me it's the most comfortable chair he's ever owned and that he feels like he's vacation in his own backyard! Makes me smile every time I see him relaxing in it. ☀️
This chair is a dream for my bad back! The padding is amazing. My only suggestion would be to add a small pocket on the other side as well. Being left-handed, it's a bit awkward reaching for the pocket. But still, a solid 4 stars!
Got this chair for my best friend's birthday. He's a big guy and always complaining about flimsy camping chairs. Well, problem solved! This Goliath chair is HUGE and comfy, perfect for relaxing outdoors. My only niggle is that the armrests are a bit low for my liking. Adjustable armrests would take this chair to the next level! Still a great chair though.
