Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

This was a housewarming gift for my niece and her new family. They have a small patio and needed some comfy outdoor seating. They absolutely love it! The kids even fight over who gets to sit in it. The only issue is now they need a second one so they don’t have to referee chair wars!
This chair is the real deal. Super sturdy, super comfy, and I love that it's water-resistant. Spilled my drink, and it just beaded right up! Easy clean-up, which is a huge plus for me. 😊
Love the size and sturdiness of this Goliath chair! Finally, something that fits me comfortably. My only gripe is the cup holder is a little shallow – my taller water bottle tipped over a couple of times. A deeper cup holder would make it perfect!
My mom, who loves to sit outside and read. She calls it her "outdoor throne"! Says it's so comfortable she can spend hours reading without getting stiff or sore. She did mention that the fabric gets a little warm in direct sunlight, so maybe a lighter color option would be nice for summer. But overall, she’s delighted with it, and that makes me happy!
I'm a big guy, and this chair holds me no problem, which is awesome! Comfort is top-notch too. The only thing I'd change is the carry bag – it feels a bit flimsy compared to the chair itself. A more durable bag would be a great improvement.
This chair is seriously comfy, I won't lie. Like sitting in a hug! Only downside is it's a bit bulky when folded. Maybe a carrying strap would make it easier to lug around? Still, a great chair overall!
I gifted this little dog mat to my uncle and his terrier and they like it as well as the dog is super positive about it and sleeps only on this bed from that moment! Nice!
