Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Clean design, top-notch material, and fantastic fit for the Rivian R1S. Two Goldens ride in the back almost daily, and the cover still looks fresh. The side flaps help protect the doors when they scramble in and out. You can tell it’s built for real use not just looks. Happy pup = happy me:)
Looks sleek inside the truck, not bulky like some others. Not that sturdy. Easy to remove when passengers hop in.
decent quality and does what it claims, but the straps could be a little thicker. one started fraying slightly after a few weeks of use. that said, it’s still fully functional and looks great. the door protection flaps are smart, and the fabric is easy to clean. would buy again just hoping for some durability tweaks

Took this Rivian dog seat cover on a road trip through Arizona with a big German Shepherd, and it held up impressively. Hair, dirt, even a little drool—nothing seeped through. Installation was a breeze, maybe 2-3 minutes tops. Love the built-in mesh panel so the dog can still see through to the front. That really helped with his anxiety.
