What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:

- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

The cargo liner is surprisingly stylish for something so practical. It protects against mud and scratches, but also has a clean look that doesn’t feel out of place in a newer car. The waterproof feature is a huge relief after grocery trips with frozen items or when hauling sports gear. It also makes a great base when folding the seats down for larger hauls. Even after months of use, no weird odors or wear spots. It really gives peace of mind.
This waterproof cargo liner has been in the back of the Jeep through rainstorms, beach trips, and snowy days. No more worrying about soggy blankets or dirty towels soaking into the carpet. It fits snugly and doesn’t slide, which makes loading heavy boxes a lot easier. Even the dog seems more comfortable lying on it than on the bare floor. Vacuuming up sand takes seconds compared to scrubbing carpet fibers. Couldn’t imagine going back to not having one. 👍
For everyday errands it does the job very well—groceries don’t slide around and sharp-edged boxes haven’t caused any rips. The waterproof cargo liner makes gardening supply runs much less messy, too. Only drawback is that the straps could be slightly sturdier for heavier loads. Still, the cleanup process is simple with just a quick wipe. It’s nice knowing the carpet underneath hasn’t taken any damage. 4 stars for me.
Bought this for cross-country travel and while it’s very durable, it could use a bit more side coverage. That said, it handled all the luggage without a problem. It’s nice that the material doesn’t crinkle like cheap plastic ones. Rolling it up when not in use is fairly convenient. Friends who rode along were impressed with how clean the trunk stayed after we got back. Would still call it a great cargo liner, just wish for a taller edges
