What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).

My little one had mud on his shoes and I was able to wipe the cover off with a baby wipe and it looked brandnewagain. Easy to install and almost matched my seat color perfectly.
They work about as expected. They kinda are just slightly small for my seats. So I took a star off, but besides that I like them and they protect the seat from the car seat itself and any small spills or crumbs
Highly recommend it! The openings in the cover align perfectly with the ISO latching connectors, and they fit securely. The material is sturdy and provides excellent protection for the car seat upholstery.
These seat covers matched the description perfectly and fit my car like a glove. My seats are slightly larger than average, which made other seat covers slip off. We are very happy with our car seat protector. Our toddlers were wreaking havoc on our new leather seats, stepping on the seats with their shoes before climbing into their car seats. I purchased two of these covers for our first child nearly three years ago, and now I'm getting two more for our upcoming addition. My wife and I have used them in our cars since we first installed the car seat, whether it’s a click-in base or an all-in-one seat. After removing the car seats, our leather seats still look brand new—no dimples or wrinkles, and unlike other brands, there’s no residue left on the leather from these covers. There is a slight indentation in the seat foam from securely installing the car seat, but it’s minimal. A thicker material might help prevent that, but it doesn’t impact the appearance of the seats at all. If you want to protect your leather seats from damage caused by car seats, I highly recommend these covers—they work wonderfully!
