Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Hello. I have been using this dog car back seat cover for a few weeks now and it's been great. It was easy and quick to set up and the size fits well on my car seats. I really appreciated the solid inserts inside the side panels, good door protection, not flimsy like cheaper options from Amazon have. I also liked the non-slip bottom material, it doesn’t slide and makes this travel Buddy an awesome dog car seat cover for leather seats. The only bad thing is that if somebody buys such this seat cover for the first time, they may find it difficult to install, and it’s a flaw that there is no printed instruction. But overall, I like the product.
My two doxies love this dog protector, they don’t try to get out of it or anything. So glad I tried it.
I bought this dog seat cover for my car; it fits well, easy to install, and keeps most of the sand/dirt off the seat. Only concern is my dog gets very hot when the sun shines and finds his way under the seat cover.
I wish it was about two inches taller, but this dog seat cover does the job—no more pet hair in my back seat.
I like everything about this pet seat protector.
