Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Impressed with the overall quality and design. Fits perfectly in my 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback. Can be used as a hammock in the backseat or a cover for the cargo area. Fabric on each side offers extra door panel protection. Adjustable straps for the headrests.
This seat cover for dogs works very well. I bought a second one for our other car. It attaches easily to the front and rear headrests. I particularly like the end flaps.

I was hesitant to spend the money, but this hammock is totally worth it. It's a quality product that will last for years.
We have a Forester and an Outback, and I prefer to put my dogs in the backseat rather than the cargo area. These covers are great for non-slip protection and keeping the dogs safe from falls. The quality is good, and the pockets are a nice bonus. Washing off the chemical smell is necessary, but it dissipates quickly.
With two shedding dogs, this cover has made car rides worry-free. It’s worth the price and easy to set up.
This cover is fantastic! It fits well, my dogs love it, and it protects my leather seats. I haven’t washed it yet, but it seems like it will hold up. I drive a ‘22 Pathfinder with a Mastiff mix and a pug/shih tzu mix, and it works great.
The overall quality exceeded my expectations. Much of what is sold online is questionable, but this was sewn strong and installed easily. It’s also easy to remove when needed for passengers or folding down the rear seats. I drive a 2023 Hyundai Kona, and this protects the upholstery well.
