We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

This dog seat cover has been a lifesaver. My pup has motion sickness and doesn’t like the car, but sometimes she has to go in it. When she vomits or pees, I can pull this out, scrub it with dish soap and disinfectant spray, rinse with the garden hose, and leave it to dry. Nothing leaks through, and it’s easy to install.
My girlfriend loves this dog seat cover, no more scratched door panels. It is a pain to remove due to the straps and buckles, but it’s a nice dog protector with convenient storage for his toys while we drive.

This dog cover fits my Chevy Spark perfectly. My main gripe is that the "quilting" is somewhat deceptive. It has a quilt-like pattern molded into the material but no insulating properties. Dog hair still makes its way onto my car carpets, but that's just classic dog hair behavior, so I don’t blame them. The big benefit is protection against muddy paws (excellent) and the side flaps that cover one or both doors.
I have a Dalmatian that sheds SO MUCH. Even more than a German shepherd. This dog seat cover has saved me so much time from cleaning up dog hair after road trips and car rides. Easy and adjustable to put in the vehicle.
Works perfectly. Protects my seats and allows for plenty of dog room. Super easy to set up and take down. Washable.
I have had your dog cover for a month now and we have used it almost daily. It is a high quality product and works as advertised. It keeps my back seat clean and dry. It stays in place and gives my dog some freedom of movement on our short trips to the dog park. No rips, tears, or leakage. I would use our dog tether on long trips for safety and to limit her movement. No issues with it so far. I can't say the same for shipping through the US Postal Service.
Easy to assemble and remove. It is very thin and moderately durable. However, within the first 2 months of use, the buckles broke. If your dog can sit and relax, this is a great product. If you have a hyperactive or anxious dog, I’d recommend something else.
