What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I like this a lot. I have dogs that weigh 65 lbs each. It holds dog hair and dirt well. It's easy to clean. It’s thinner than I expected and doesn’t come up high enough to reach the top of the seat cushions. Could be a couple of inches bigger. Overall, it’s a good product.
The material is excellent, and it was super easy to assemble. It has done an amazing job keeping my dog's mess contained without damaging my car!
This car dog seat cover is fine. The installation process was a bit tricky for me and took longer than I expected. The problem was that I could not figure out how to properly install the sidewalls. I mixed them up and couldn't find which side to start with. I see that other customers also mentioned that printed manual would be very helpful, so you guys should definitely think about it. Anyway, the material looks durable and it fits well in my car. Pockets also came in handy for storing toys and bags.
My puppy did great in it, and it protects my doors from scratches when trying to look out the window.

I bought the cover for my dog and it's just okay. It serves its purpose but it has not the best quality material on top. The thing is that when I looked at the photos, I was expecting a plush-like material or something similar, softer fabric and more pleasant to the touch. It's just plain Oxford fabric. Yesit is easy to clean and is actually resistant to tear from what I can see, but it's just not what I expected. So while the cover is great-looking and sturdy, it's not the best product for me.
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! this dog car back seat cover is of great quality and looks just super cute! one of my favorite features is that it's also cool that it has side walls to protect the doors from scratches! I have two puppies so it was essential for me to protect doors. I no longer have to worry about stains and damages ruining my new car’s back seat. it's soooo great to have a product that not only keeps my car clean but also keeps my pups happy and safe-there are two openings in the fold to secure them both with a seat belt!
