Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

This is the second one I’ve purchased. The only reason I had to buy a new one is because my dog chewed through the straps due to his prey drive and a game he plays, per the trainer. The cover is sturdy and well-made. My dog loves laying in it like a sling. I highly recommend this car seat cover. I think you’ll like it as much as we do!
Mine arrived on time. It looked and functioned as expected. It works well for my dog in my car. My dog is spoiled; she likes a soft, comfy spot. I put a blanket on one end of the sling. With that, she’s entirely comfortable staying in the sling. I tether her, and between that and the front wall of the sling, I feel she would have a good chance of being safe in an accident.
Fits perfectly in my Corolla and the side shields are an upgrade from my last cover. I have a hairy German Shepherd.
Why did it take me so long to buy a seat cover for my dogs?! Fits great in my Tundra and will work well in our smaller vehicles too.
We have a Tahoe, and it fits perfectly. Very nice quality!

We travel a lot with our two dogs, and this has been great. We usually put this in and put their dog beds on top of it, so they’re more comfortable on the trip. Recently, one of my dogs got a bad stomach bug, and we had to take her to an emergency vet clinic. This saved me from what would have been a rough cleanup in my back seat. Highly recommend.
