Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

This Travel Buddy from Owleys is an excellent car seat cover. I purchased it about a month ago to drive with my 4-year-old Shepherd. I particularly love the non-slip bottom, which keeps the cover in place even as my dog jump in and out. Also, the pockets come in handy for storing their toys and leash. Good value for the price.
We got a new car and wanted to keep the backseat clean while letting the dog ride with us. It covers the whole seat and keeps it clean and dry.
This is a great product if you have your pups in the car a lot! The backseat of my car can stay clean while the interior doors stay scratch-free!
I bought this because it was cumbersome to put the crate in my mid-size SUV and my dog didn’t feel secure in the crate while driving. We adopted another dog (both dogs about 50 lbs) and wanted them to ride in the seats comfortably. We installed dog seat belts attached to harnesses and put big comforters for them to be cozy. We drove from Atlanta to Orlando. They did great. I recommend this seat cover. It was affordable and easy to install.
I just bought a new car. My lab/Pit mix is very socialized, he is the sweetest old dog. As old as he is and very friendly to other dogs, when he's in the car he gets excited and scratched up the upholstery and doors terribly in my old car. This product is saving my new car!! Works very well. I'm happy I purchased it.
Love this thing so much, I never take it out. Works great for the dogs (we've got 3, and 2 go hiking with us all the time). I don't have to worry about the dogs falling off the seat if I hit the brakes hard. I keep the seat cover on all the time...works great for hauling groceries too.
