Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I’ve been using this Owleys dog car seat cover for back seat for about a month now. I bought it as soon as I adopted a puppy. Everything works just fine so far, no issues found! It has multiple layers, firmly stitched, completely waterproof. For me, the waterproof design is especially important because my puppy can still make a “surprise” right inside the car. I also appreciate the hard sidewalls, they will probable save my doors in the future when my baby grows up 😁 Great product that worth the money!
Good quality, easy install, keeps dog secure.
While this car seat cover for dogs does the job of keeping my car clean, it's not the most comfortable for my pet. The material is not as plush as I would like it to be. The installation process was also a bit difficult and and took longer than expected… Especially with the sidewalls. I’d really appreciate a printed installation manual. However, the cover is nice-looking and sturdy, which is a great plus. If you're looking for a high-quality dog seat cover that is thick and durable, this one will work for you.
Definitely worth the price. I saw many others that cost less but did not offer all the different configuration options.
My very rowdy riders (dogs) are held in nicely in this car hammock.
I just received my Travel Buddy a few days ago, installed it in the back seat today. I thought this seat cover for dogs would be a little thicker. The side walls seem really thin, but right now my dog is still a puppy and I still use a small cage when transporting him. I guess I will find out how durable it is when he outgrows his cage and actually has to stay in there without it. It will help keep the seat clean for now though.
It's not as secure as the picture shows, other features are great but the overall fit isn’t as portrayed.
Fits and works just well. Would love to get the same one but in solid black.
