We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I recently purchased this car dog seat cover and it has been a lifesaver for traveling with my bulldog. The material is durable and waterproof,making it easy to clean up any messes. It fits well in my car and keeps the seats protected. I also love that it was quick to install and doesn't take up too much space. And the best part is that my dog seems to love it too! He's comfortable and happy during car rides now. For me that’s above all. Overall,great accessory and I really love the style.Thank you.
The seat cover for dogs is well-made. By hooking over the front seat headrest, it keeps your dog more secure from slipping out of the seat with sudden stops. Can also be used to protect side doors.
Easy install, keeps dirt off the seat AND off the floor. Seat belt holes are sealed with Velcro so they don’t leak dirt onto the seat.
The fabric is thinner than I expected. Easy to setup though.
I purchased this dog seat cover back in December for road trips with my bulldog. The quality is just great! This cover looks really durable, it's thick and looks amazing. Truly premium quality. I would highly recommend this seat cover to any pet owner looking for a comfortable and convenient way to travel with their dog. P.S. - I had to wait two weeks for my order. I was notified right after I purchased and was given several options to resolve the issue, including canceling the order. It was ok for me to wait, so I chose to wait and also received a free gift. I was worried it would be too big for the back seat of my 2-door coupe and concerned it wouldn't be well-made due to the price. I LOVE IT! IT FITS TOO! I love that I will no longer be trying to vacuum the seats to get all the hair off after transporting them! I lay a towel down for my chihuahua because it is a slick surface and it made him a little nervous. My lab jumped right in and laid down on it. I love that it zips to prevent my lab from trying to lay between my bucket seats. It seems well-made and looks easy to wipe clean. I haven’t tested its waterproof ability, but it feels like it is. Definitely worth the price! I wish I had bought this sooner!
We have 2 Malti-poos who like to look out of the window, but we didn't want them scratching the doors. We recently had a road trip and this product worked great at keeping them contained. They are small enough to hang onto the panel sides to see out of the window without scratching the door. Definitely recommend.
